I'm glad Stern learned from the TWD premium debacle and announced all three models upfront this time.

#13 8 years ago

I'm liking the color vibe on that premium cabinet better. Can't explain why exactly.

#14 8 years ago

Ok Im gonna ask-Whats the big difference in the 3?? Is the playfield the same on all 3? Im sorry but I don't care for the red on the LE at all. Hard to decide which one.

#15 8 years ago

Looks great, and no scabs on the artwork!

I guess everyone involved is smarter than I thought.

The music will be the 2009 re recordings though.

Agreed. Premium looks better to me.

Looks like the LE just offers the typical additional cosmetic stuff (powdercoated red armor, "real" backglass, upgraded HD foil cabinet decals, signed playfield & certificate).

I will vomit if this happens....

#18 8 years ago

Im torn. Im gonna buy one. How the hell do you choose? Looks like the pro doesn't have the levitating multi-ball so its out. I like the yellow border around the backglass logo on the LE but the red trim kind of bothers me..

The music on the preview trailer is the re-recording. I'm hoping for someone to develop a pinball browser for the new system at some point.

#20 8 years ago

Not a kiss fan, but this looks like it may be pretty fun!

#21 8 years ago

This whole thing looks so insanely good. I can't wait to see the features matrix. LE or Pro? So exciting.

#22 8 years ago

Really want to see the pro art.....looks amazing so far

The legs and armor should have been orange on the LE.

As always, Pro for me. I'm a Pro whore.

Looks fantastic. Very retro feel. Will look awesome next to Met & ACDC.

#29 8 years ago

I'm a fan of the tight through the pops shot. That looks like a good challenging shot to make on this table.

#30 8 years ago

When was the last time Stern had a game with 6 pinballs?

Quoted from wontwa:

Right. It's a done deal.

Kiss did this for EXACTLY these things. They get all of the publishing and don't have to share with the original record company

#32 8 years ago

Art package is top notch! looks great

#33 8 years ago

Holy hot damn, that looks good.

#34 8 years ago

Its a little light on flames, other than that looks good

#35 8 years ago

Looks awesome. Kudos to Stern for all the great images and teaser video that came out yesterday. That is much better marketing for once!

#36 8 years ago
Quoted from BackFlipper:

Mustang. Avengers before that.

#37 8 years ago

Holy crap this game looks awesome!! I have to admit it looks sweeettt.

#38 8 years ago

Just heard from a reliable source:

600 LEs are being made (300 going overseas, 100 to Kiss fanclub, 200 remaining for North America).

LEs ship late June.

Premiums ship late July.

Given the price difference, I'm leaning toward Premium on this one.

#39 8 years ago

Lots of AC/DC machines are gonna be coming up....cheap!

Wonder if the backglass will be real glass with a mirror finish or plexiglass with a mirror finish (ala TWD LE)?

Marcus

#43 8 years ago

Did I miss something... but there really does not seem to be a lot of difference between the LE and the Premium.

#44 8 years ago
Quoted from cantbfrank:

Mostly just the typical cosmetic stuff (LE is limited to 600 units, it has red powdercoated armor, "real" mirrored backglass, upgraded HD foil cabinet decals, numbered plaque, and it comes with signed playfield & certificate).

All playfield features between LE & Premium look to be the same, as usual.

LE is $1200 more than the Premium.

For the audio output is that just for an external sub or is it something for like a headphone jack?
