The demon shot recognizes the ball lock and always spits the ball back out right away, but when the target light or instrument is lit and I hit the shot, the demon head spits it out but doesn't give me credit for the shot, i.e. the lights stay lit and the demon spits out the ball. The manual says there is only one switch in the VUK. I don't understand how it's possible that the game registers the lock shot but not the other two lights when they are all use the same switch. It was working a couple days ago. Any ideas on this mystery?

I disconnected and reconnected twice with no success. Is there a way to test the optos to determine if they need to be replaced? I also never even knew that there was a spinner under genes head. I've only had the game for a few weeks. When is that supposed to spin?
