I've got the demon head mylar peeling up as well AND there's a spot where its worn completely thru. Not the best pictures but just another data point.

Anybody have a resolution from their distributor? Mine is contacting Stern regarding it. Peel up and replace?

To be fair my Kiss Pro is routed and it's probably seen a few thousand plays. But still, the mylar should not have work thru this soon.

My distributor got back with me and the Stern solution is to replace the mylar. Since this one is under warranty I'll make a copy of it for my vinyl cutter so I can make my own once the warranty expires.
