Has anyone replaced the music in v.1.28 with original music yet?

Running v1.28 software on my Pro. Managed to start Heaven's On Fire, only to get two balls immediately stuck in the VUK (see picture). They would NOT budge, even after numerous ball searches. I had to power down the game and remove the kicker assembly from under the playfield to dislodge the balls. Very frustrating.
I searched here and on the Stern site. Didn't find any note on fixing this. Is this a known problem? The machine is unplayable when this happens.
Quoted from Khabbi:Has someone already done a replacement code update with the old recordings that I can download? I haven't messed around with the software to do it myself and just don't have time.
I replaced all the songs on my Pro with original live recordings. Gives a LOT more energy to the game.
I also replaced a couple of songs I wasn't too thrilled with. Love it!
Just posted this in another thread but wanted to add it here if anyone missed it -
For anyone interested in trying something new on their Pro, I've got a modded version of 1.41 that has live versions of all the songs. I've replaced 3 songs (Hotter Than Hell. Calling Dr Love, Love It Loud) with other tracks (Makin' Love, God of Thunder, Strutter respectively) but the other 7 titles remain the same. All the songs are original live recordings and sound WAY better than the re-recorded crap that the game originally came with.
One note - when I originally replaced the songs in v1.28, Stern had not yet implemented the "You Wanted The Best and You Got the Best" quote on game start. One of my tracks (Detroit Rock City) has that quote in the beginning so you may hear that quote twice if you select DRC on game start.
Anyone interested can PM me for a link.
Since I had a number of Premium/LE owners contact me about the 1.41 "Live" version I did for my Pro, I now have a version available for the Premium/LE.
If you don't like the re-recorded, watered down versions of the music on the game, try playing it with original Live recordings! I replaced all songs with Live versions and replaced three songs that I personally didn't like (again, with Live recordings) -
Hotter Than Hell -> Makin' Love
Love It Loud -> Strutter
Calling Dr Love -> God Of Thunder
PM me if you want to give it a whirl.
Quoted from finnflash:I will always go LCD because of the choices. The only thing LED has that's better is it sits flush just like the stock DMD.
I bought LED for KISS since I have LED in my MET and some day they'll sit side by side. Right now, KISS is still wrapped up in storage.
LED takes a little getting used to if you've had LCD before. The dots are MUCH smaller, but the color vibrancy/purity is so much better and black is truly black. The form factor makes it look stock. One drawback is the brightness. They're so bright I needed to put a ND (Neutral Density - looks like window tint) lighting gel in front of it to tone it down a bit. I do wish there was a brightness setting.
I have LCD in all my other games, and run nothing but DotsXL on them. Don't like any of the other options on the LCD.
Definitely personal preference but I think most people would prefer LCD.
