Well if you suggest the queens kicker is worn, sloppy, loosie goosie as compared to the aces and kings then i think you found your answer.
Normally if the kicker shoots high you bend tip up slightly, shoots low, bend down etc. But if its not making it over then verify the ball is siting in the cradle (hole not too worn, hole sleeves in place). But if the pivot point is worn out you probably need to find another. Out of the three, the queens would be abused the most. The springs are like a shock absorbers but these dont go bad unless somebody has mangled them
