Does someone have a pic of the famed weak point of the Kin Tut score motor? Wondering what that part looks like

I believe Bally On Beam uses the same.

I'm not sure what part you're referring to but for a while (late 1960s?) Bally used motorized trip relay banks. Rather than using the more common large solenoid(s) to reset all the trip relays with a single reset arm the motorized trip relays used a motor driven shaft under the relay bank. To reset the relays the shaft would turn and plastic fingers mounted to the shaft would reset each relay armature individually. They look like this:

A set of these would be threaded onto the shaft to match the set of relays in the trip relay bank.

That's what he's talking about.

And when that plastic thing breaks you have a big paperweight. Not sure if anybody has figured out a repair on those yet.

Looks like a 3D printer could make them.

I passed on a nice condition King Tut because of this issue Levi mentioned.

I was also wondering if there was a contemporary fix known.

mrbally has said in a previous thread that someone had 3d printed replacements for these. Does anyone know if the files were uploaded anywhere? I could have mine scanned I suppose if needed

It's not so much the cams, but the bendix spring clutch collar. These often split. They can be repaired by machining a metal sleeve that can be fitted over the split collar (Steve Young recommended this repair), or simply put a large zip tie around it to keep it together. That's what I did on one I serviced earlier this year.

I tried fixing one with a regular worm drive automobile hose clamp and that didn't work, maybe I could have shimmed it, but the whole thing turned into a mess.

I came across these the other day, and the next time I dig King Tut out I might buy a couple and see what happens:
