Will there be a shot to feed the upper flipper? Otherwise you can only feed it with a difficult orbit shot through the pops, and at high speed

Ok cool. Having a kick out feed the flippers is the way to go (a la Addams family). Good progress so far. once you finalize the optimal shape of the ramps using paper/tape mockups, how do you convert them to plastic? Do you 3D scan/model?

Flintstones had a similar layout but plastic ramp not metal I believe. It's a tricky design because if the ball somehow loses momentum at the bottom there it could get stuck on the ramp.
