ChrisHibler, Sorry for the confusion, I spoke to Wade on this a while back, so the playfield's would be from Wade....That's 5 so far!
What CL is that game on. I couldn't find it.

Not trying to defend its quality or use but I think the availability of Herbs overlays kind of greatly reduces the pool of people wanting or needing a new playfield.
Certainly, KODs value would justify a $700 playfield but oddly enough, I don't recall but one request in any of the other playfield pole threads.
It must be gone because I don't find it searching the Maine CL for either DJ or KoD

I'd be in for one. Hell, might as well. Someday I'll get the game.

Speaking of, if any of you need a glass, looks like some left over from the retro games(?) for $150 seems like a good deal.(though translite)

Nope, not retropinball overruns. Ours were not translites. They were silk screened on plexiglass with our manufacturing name and a clear window for the 1000's digit.

they look like bgrestro
the retropinball had a different logo up top
That price is too good to not pick one up...even if it's only a wall hanger for me.
Thanks for the pointer!

I don't think they are bgrestro. The eBay plexi's have an "Approved by Gottlieb LLC" label on them. It's blurry in the pic, but it's there.

it looks like the same process. bgrestro is on glass these are on plexi
that sticker looks pretty cheesey, could be a quick printer sticker to fool you into thinking gottlieb approved. i doubt they would allow these. ron and shay need gottlieb LLC ok before they can do any glass
The seller is Herb Silvers.

I don't think the Retro Pinball "KOD" glass will line up properly in the original game.
Quoted from jrpinball:I don't think the Retro Pinball "KOD" glass will line up properly in the original game.
jr i thing the head was the same and the base was different on the retro KoD
the reels and credit and cards are in the same places they might be a bit off
It's made from the same films Herb has always used, just with the changes I listed above. Everything WILL line up. But Herb is not selling retroP glass, he is apparently selling a fresh rerun of a traditional Gottlieb KOD but on plastic ( he states it is lexan which would make it polycarbonate).
He has made many runs of them over the years.
CactusJack...do you know if Herb uses the same approved screener that Shay and/or the Webb's use?

I'm not sure of his name, but the guy who was demonstrating the retro "KOD" at the east coast shows told me that there was a difference in the backglass that would make it unusable in the original game. If that's not the case, then OK, but that's what he told me.
