King of Diamonds
Gottlieb, 1967I am restoring a Gottlieb King of Diamonds Cab and was curious on what the actual Red/Orange and Yellow/Gold colors are supposed to be. I know on my cabinet the diamonds were orangish/red and the yellow more a dull golden yellow.
But from photos from the web, I have seen everything from Banner red for Diamonds to Bright Orange and for the yellows, I have seen everything from sunny yellow to Marigold Yellow.
Anyone tips on what the actual colors were originally??

I use Montana White Chili and Montana White Sunflower (Montana White series is their gloss)

IMG_0367 (resized).JPGOh Oh. I used a lot more of a yellow. I use krylons for the colors and have custom mixed enamel for the white base color. I went with the yellow after examining several photos. I cant understand why I got the yellow instead of much more of a gold. Shoot, this pisses me off, and the game is all done waiting to be picked up too.
