I'm not a painter, so I have a question. I notice that when you do the colors (ie - red, blues, yellows, etc) it looks like there is a lot of overspray on the surrounding areas. Is there some kind of a clear plastic that you put down first when working on these areas that is trimmed to specifically allow painting of only those areas? Or do you just lightly sand off the overspray afterwards?

Quoted from lordloss:

He said he uses something similar to frisket, but not sure exactly what.

Ah ok I will have to look up what this, thanks for the info. It was just a curiosity!

Insane-O-Power Data East flipper coils from that era + zany long flipper bats... I'm cringing a bit thinking about what someone is going to do to that work of art. Terrific work.
