Any ideas and/or experience on how to address kick out hole erosion?

    Yeah...would help!

I have seen much worse, but the erosion pattern is causing the ball to ricochet up into the glass.

Does it hit the glass as it's being ejected?

    that one's easy:

    Drop mech out from behind

    Level playing field

    De-wax with Naphtha

Find pipe or piece of aluminum flashing that fits snugly into hole

Wax pipe or flashing (don't get wax on area to be repaired.

    Pour Fiberglass Resin around pipe.

When it hardens, reshape with 1/2 round file, then sandpaper
