Can't understate the physical and mental drain. Counting the open tournaments, they played 8 days of pinball at "The Asylum". Players, staff, and volunteers were likely suffering, so no shame in keeping things moving.

    Pre-IFPA17 Tournaments:
    22-23: Sunday-Monday, 6th Annual Match-Play
    24: Tuesday, 6th Annual Pin-Golf
25: Wednesday, The Asylum’s International Elite Three Strikes Pinball Tournament
    26: Thursday, IFPA17 Epstein Cup
    27-29: Friday-Sunday, IFPA17 World Pinball Championships

    Quoted from robm:

Hit guy, hit phone, hit flashing lights, get SIM card and repeat.

Sounds easy but Keith had zero sim cards after the first 2 balls if I read the bonus screen correctly.

Remember this was 8:15pm Sunday night and they started at 8:30am and there was a lot of rounds left to be played.

You can imagine there was some thinking along the line of 'I should have taken him out before we ended up on game 9 dialed in! but could not, so check and mate'.

    Quoted from Roostking:

My only thought is, why enter "any" type of tournament if you have nothing left to prove and don't intend to finish?

Of coarse he intended to finish. He didn't fly to south FL to work on his tan, but sometimes things don't go your way.

Including this tourney, he has played in 7 this year averaging 64 'whoppers' per tourney (541 total) which is f'ing epic, so clearly he is not showing up to chew bubblegum.

Can you believe they never made a They Live [1998] pin??
