    Quoted from Xenon75:

All of the beers in the world you could put on draft and you chose heineken?

I've probably had about 50 different brands of beer in it since I got it but the Dutch lagers are my favorite. Grolsch, Amstel, Heineken get a lot of play as do the German beers. Hard to beat an ice-cold Heiny on tap though.

It should be noted though that American kegs require a different tap. I bought the US style tap too and actually just have a 1/4 keg of Bud in it right now.

I haven't done Guiness or any of the Irish beers that require both nitrogen and CO2 yet though. One of these days I probably will.

Wine coolers are good for wine but the one pictured shows sodas in it too and wine coolers do not get as cold as you would like for your sodas or cans of beer. I had purchased a magic chef beverage cooler and it only got my cans down to about 50 degrees so I returned it. I then purchased a vissani glass front beverage cooler at home depot which works much better. I think I paid under $200 for it as well. I had a beverage air mini fridge and that worked perfectly but it lost its coolness and the freon that goes to the condenser in it is no longer sold. The bev air is definitely the best for a beverage cooler but they cost around a grand and it is a commercial unit so it is noisy.

All this talk of kegerators and wine/soda coolers. Save yourself the trouble and cost of these contraptions and drink some good bourbon!

Soooo since this thread I've been talking to everyone and anyone about kegerators. My friend over heard me and gave me this....

So I can now join the kegerator club! Now looking into homebrewing and using the 5L ones. May have to modify this one a little but not complaining.
