I cannot believe what a fanatic I am about my one machine.

I keep my pinball machine clean. Like a fanatic. I never kept anything so clean in my life.

Yes funny how this is. I would do the same and wax about every 2 months when I only had 6. After 6 things started to change a bit. Now I only wax like twice a year and check batteries and wipe down my playfields as needed when I start to see some ball trails. I still compulsively clean all the glass every week. After a certain number things take a long time, but keeping a dialed in clean fast collection is worth it for sure.
