Hell yes! This has been my dream theme since I first got into the hobby 20 years ago. If JJP can make Wizard of Oz (1939), Jaws (1975) would work fine. And Jaws is still commonly referenced in popular culture.

Jaws came out in 1975 and basically created the concept of the summer blockbuster. Thereafter studios started looking for “tent pole” concepts they could schedule all their release schedules around. And Star Wars came out in 1977, another blockbuster that helped develop the tent pole concept.
