I have seen these for a while on ebay. I always get a little chuckle out of it.

That looks pretty SPECIAL to me....better get um quick before they're gone.

You would be amazed at what people will buy or pay for convenience or lack of knowledge. I commend the seller as I am positive he has sold these kits...

    I don't.

This is a reason some people hate the hobby. If everyone wasn't trying to make a buck or rip each other off we would have a lot more people liking pins. Makes me a little sad to see this and hear people "commending" them for ripping others off.

    Sigh.

Hrmpf...not even my good stuff ever sells for those kinds of prices

    #7 9 years ago

Hey - it's free shipping. What do you want?

Ohhhh you got the good stuff.

    They're silver.

    #10 9 years ago

Do they send to Europe ?

    lol

Better than dusty, used fuses at 1500% mark-up, anyway.

    Quoted from guarda:

    They're silver.

    Silver plated--that's why they're a bargain!

Guarda whats with your avatar, and you a silver dealer?

fiberdude120, 'twas merely a puerile vampire reference.

I find those ads pretty annoying however, people are lazy and they will buy them. I don't find him to be greedy, he is providing a product and a service at a premium price. If people can't look up what fuse values they have or don't want to purchase fuses at the store or in quantity online then this is a good solution. These are not the people that give the hobby a bad name. It's the people that sell something and don't stand behind what they sell or sell something significantly not as described.

That has been popping up for months. I even message the guy about it thinking he was just a clueless ebayer. Never got a response.

    #25 9 years ago

I live near St Kilda, Australia so if anyone wants me to inspect it before buying, I am happy to help.

The shipping is a little high for me.

The fuse seller is Rick Pittman, former eBay screen names gottliebguru and gamewizard61- and he ripped me off over 10 years ago and I'll never forget.

Is this even a pinball? What machine uses a 1.8 inch ball?

The person looks to sell anything they can. They don't know what its from they are just guessing.

    #34 9 years ago

I messaged the guy selling the pinball and informed him he is seriously undervaluing what he has. I told him it isn't a pinball...its a civil war musket ball.
