I understand everyone's response of it being an easy fix. At the same time I don't see any reason to bash the OP's opinion. I have a twin brother who makes stickers. I know how easy it is and I have worked with him and for other decal companies. Even still when I buy 5 machines and 2 have decals coming off within a year I have some issues with it. Can it be fixed? yes. easily? yes. But he didn't complain about the complexity of sticking the new decal. If my twin brother put on decals and they came off within a year of something that stands still in a home or business ( as opposed to a vehicle, outside etc.) he would have to give a refund. Does this mean I'm saying stern should, no. But I don't see anything wrong with feedback, and the possibility of stern looking into it as a reoccurring issue, although less common but maybe looking into some preventative measures. i.e. Seal It Pen.
