Manimal had discussed this earlier in the thread from a knowledgeable position. I've been a police officer for almost 15 years and agree with his statements. The investigators charged what they immediately had and can amend the charges and add more counts at the preliminary hearing.
Make no mistake. A forensic expert in the field of computers is going to go through his hard drives. This takes time and can't be completed on the scene.
