I don't think that means that people can't distribute it themselves though, right?
After all, why would the developer now choose to actively prevent people from enjoying the code he spent all that time creating?
What they made is great. I'd be quite disappointed if I couldn't get the ultimate code on my game.
Maybe so he dosent get sued etc for copyright infringment.....
