Question- is the TREX supposed to drop the ball on the ramp all the time or is there a setting I need to change to make it so it drops on the ramp. Seems random I have seen it drop on the ramp but most times it throws it.

I have these installed and they are excellent quality and match the same color blue as the back panel where the T-Rex is, I highly recommend them.
