Quoted from PoppyCock:

Will I get my apology? Everything I said was true. You might not like what I say but the truth can sometimes hurt, the pro does well as a test model and because of it we have perfect le's and will have perfect premiums. My buddy got his le and its perfect and I am hearing the same from others to. Thank you pro model for doing your job! And apology accepted!

Your welcome!

Quoted from Shapeshifter:

You should be ok as Stern seem to be sending replacement playfields for the 'washer version'.

Hoping so. Have seen a few people in the industry received one. Still haven’t gotten confirmation that one will be sent to me.

Quoted from DavidPinballWizz:

TOMGWI, you shouldn't settle for anything less then a replacement POPULATED playfield. You gave good hard earned money for that machine.. Factory and distributor should live up to that.

I agree.

Quoted from Jon9508:

Loosen up the star post and center the washer on the bubble and tighten it back down. It will make it flatten back out and smooth out. I had a problem with the mini clear post. They would apply pressure on one side form a bubble. Then would crack/bust open. Stern is sending me a new playfield. But it's been a while and still isnt here yet.

Hard to do when the wood is showing

Quoted from Tsskinne:

I keep losing GI in my lower left side. Reset brings it back, but it’s becoming more frequent. What should I check for?[quoted image]

You could have a shorted bulb. It will knock out the GI in the same strand In the spike system.
