Quoted from J85M:Anyone heard anything regarding accessories and topper for JP?
If you're waiting on a Stern JP amber shooter rod, Stern hasn't made them yet and I was told to expect that to ship later. No word on a topper other than its $425.

Quoted from Blakester:My JP is arriving soon—could anyone recommend mods that have delighted?
I’ve got a shaker and subwoofer ready
I’ve got most of the mods listed on the MezelMods site installed on my LE.

They’re making production (fitting) adjustments to the raptor pen and the raptor tower for the premium/LE machines right now. I’ve also got a Stern amber shooter rod on order, it’s in production, expected sometime in October.
Quoted from kevindrives:my Insert light is white. So that’s the wrong color?[quoted image]
The ESCAPE insert is supposed to be white. Was that what you were referring to in your picture?
EDIT: On Stern’s website, the prototype models had aqua colored inserts for the ESCAPE inlays. Maybe a change from the prototype, because mine are white.
hawkmoon77 was referring to a RESCUE insert that was installed clear instead of orange.

Quoted from floyd1977:My left ramp shots don't register when I hit it solidly. Is it possible the ball is going over the opto beam, or is that just crazy talk? I need to find a magnet and drag a ball across the top of the plastic that covers the ramp to see if that is even possible.
Anyone else have that issue?

Quoted from tonedef131:I've tried downloading the pro code 3 times and it keeps saying invalid when I try to open the zip file. Anyone else having this problem?
This might sound silly, but I did this and the download finally completed...
Clear your cache, close your explorer, and reboot the computer. Then try the link again.
Quoted from PokerJake:Has anyone installed Pinstadiums on their JP yet?
Yes.

Quoted from EaglePin:I have no flipper maintenance experience and I just had a problem pop up on my lower right flipper. While playing, I put the flipper up to catch a ball coming down the playfield toward it. When the ball hit the flipper, the flipper gave way just a little bit backward (maybe 1/8 inch bounceback). Immediately after that the flipper had WAY less power than it did before. I tested both flippers during game play and the left one stays solid when its up and a ball coming down the playfield hits it, but the right one now has a bit of give backward when that happens on it and it's still way underpowered. Seems like something mechanical came loose or gave way on it. Anyone have any ideas on what to check?
Maybe broken spring flipper return? (#7). I’ve had that behavior you described on two of my games before exactly as you described. Easy fix. Either replace them or get out some needle pliers and get creative with bending them back into place.
Or buy a replacement...

Quoted from Stags6969:When the ball rolls down from a bricked helipad shot, should it hit the rubber at the end of the guide and bounce over to the left flipper or should it miss the rubber and go SDTM like mine does. Wonder if the guide needs some adjustment?[quoted image]
Here's mine on my LE...

I updated my prem to 0.95 on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and have had two crashes in ~5 days. Both times I hit the missile shot and the machine immediately went dark and reset. I sent a bug report to Stern. I’d wait on upgrading...

Quoted from kevindrives:How do you know when coil stops break? Do they start feeling sluggish then give out?
My right flipper feels like it lost some power and is sluggish. I’ve never experienced a broken coil stop before.
Kevin,
Quoted from Yesh23:You the man, that’s what it was. The only coil stop I had was for Bally/Williams games and it works but the stop is a hair, I mean hair shorter. Is it fine that I used it?
Get a few of these...
