Hello all,
2 questions which likely have already been addressed, if anyone could answer or point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.

Im troubleshooting 2 issues.

1) the shooter rod spring seemed really weak. One has to perfectly fully plunge just to get it around the helicopter turn around bend. Ive replaced it with a regular spring but is now too powerful. Does anyone have any spring replacement recommendations?

2) If you short plunge the ball always catches on the upper runnber ring underneath the helicopter plastic. This makes it impossible to short plunge as it always feeds the ball to the sling shot. I recently saw a Bull and Balls tourney stream where this wasnt the case and the ball smoothly fed to the flipper. Is there a solution that doesnt involve just taking the rubber off, leaving the post unprotected?

Thank you,

Jared

I have a purple one on their now and it is way too powerful, may just need to be broken in. The games original spring had 3500 plays on it, so that may be part of it. Next time I order ill likely buy a variety since they are so cheap.
Thx.

Still wondering about the short plunge ball feed.

Quoted from Manny65:

1. What colour was the original that was too weak? The factory was installing green spring yet the manual states orange. I believe most have found the orange to work fine.
2. Yea as the ball rolls out of from a short plunge it clips the rubber to kick it up slightly to avoid going SDTM. If it is hitting the left sling then you can adjust the metal ball guide to reduce the amount of rubber protruding. Have you swapped out the rubbers from the factory ones, as this could be affecting it as well

Adjusting the ball guide, thats exactly what i need to do. Thank you. Yes I replaced everything when i shopped it out with titans.
Thank you again.
I have a purple spring in there now (had it as a spare before i knew the basics of spring strengths/sizes) ill have to see how that strength compares to orange. The red would be waaaay to powerful i suspext that others suggest. The purple is very powerful and I thought red was the strongest. The green spring is what i took out.

Thank you again.
