The premium with original code is still worth it IMO. It’s such an awesome game to pass up on. I am passing on Godzilla for now and going to get a JP premium. They won’t make them forever.

Original code is great. Original code for Guardians without clelands sound mod, definitely not. I was lucky to get mine NIB from stern with a build date of March 17th 2021 and with 1.06 code.

Seems awfully convenient that Stern is "only able to make" Godzilla's until January forcing us to all pay more for the same game.
Its bullshit that JP will most likely be delayed and stuck with the damn price increase. Hopefully my distributor only marks it up to the cost to cover the stupid QR code reader. My last NIB purchase for me from Stern.

Just get a pinnovator sub kit and a powered subwoofer. The pinnovator spike II kit is $35 and get a powered sub on Craig or a Polk S10. Makes a big difference and cheaper. I did them to all my stern pins. The pin is not a hi end 7.2 sound system.

Sounds like the tightened down the straps too tight. That freaking sucks.

The trouble is they tighten the straps way to much when they secure it to the side of the trailer. Unless it’s on a pallet the shipping company will leave the legs on unfortunately.
STI did that to both pins I sold and the last one picked up I told them the last guys tightened it too much and the guy who has been working for them for a long time and has picked up many pins bent a leg the same way.
I didn’t have a pallet and the buyer didn’t arrange to have STI

I have used 80 grit. Wrap around the shaft and turn the shaft back and forth.

Well let me clarify something.
Bought BKSOR topper $499.
Kick ass topper that is the best topper this far for Stern. Black Knight helmet moved, killer flame effects in the background.
Bought EHOH topper $999
Well built. Solid. And interactive. Hit a multiball mode lid pops up with Elvira screaming. Hit a gargoyle in the game, gargoyle eyes in topper light up. Awesome effects.
AIQ topper $649
Before I got my pro, I did see the topper in person. Saw how cheap it looked. Just plexiglass. Did nothing other than lights turn on as you collect a gem stone.
Value not there for me. Passed and made my own.
Jurassic Park $599
Played one that had tilt toppers topper. Looked awesome! Stern topper again cheap plexiglass topper that only special think it’s had was an extra goat mode that only came with topper.
Tilt topper $245. Made from a mold plus killer led lighting and flickering flame. No extra mode. Well extra mode didn’t happen so now made the topper even less worth it.
Bought the tilt topper last October and just had my JP premium delivered last Saturday.
YES!So yes I look for value, and do not prefer something just because it’s cheaper. The tilt topper is beautiful and was a steal for $245 vs stern more than double the price cheap plexiglass garbage.
If the quality is there I will pay it and I have.
No competition there!
P.S. I've had both on top of my LE and the Stern looks better and has value added to gameplay.
I am in no way knocking Tilt! toppers BTW. I have some on my other games. I prefer interactive toppers (real interaction - not sound triggers or mimicking a pf flasher etc).
What value is added to gameplay? You lost the mode that was exclusive to it? The tilt topper is a work of art and beautiful to look at. Doesn’t look like a $150 piece of plexiglass that you paid over $600 for in shipping.
You can try to convince yourself all you want, but you over paid for crap.
My daughter painted my T Rex last night. I just love it. If anyone else wants theirs done LMK. Such a huge improvement. Last picture stock.

If you want your T Rex head painted by my daughter let me know. $175 and that includes return shipping in the continental USA. Will be clearcoated in matte clearcoat. Just send the T Rex minus the mechanism. Not difficult to remove.

Going through the threads looking for an answer. Question for premium owners. Do you have issues with the T. rex not holding the pinball in its mouth when the pinball goes inside it?
Found the post about adjusting it and checking if it’s aligned correctly. Anything you have done to fix it, or is it one of those things that just happens.

True but the jury is out if the flipper upgrades are worth it. Sure most mods add nothing to gameplay, but also adding extras and modding a cars body buy adding rims ect doesn’t add to performance but dresses it up and makes it look better.
There’s a reason flippers are pretty much same for decades and do not have metal ones.

You can use either. They are actually the same size. My daughter painted a number 12 for someone here and she did my number 18

The Ladder mod adds a varying color gradient to each of the five inserts, the Nublar mod adds a sheild to the mountain itself block the light, and the Electric Bolts change the bright white lightning to a blue-ish shade.
These are all very cosmetic, but they are very well done, screw right into existing attachment points. A nice little set of tweaks. I think it totalled $80 for the set of three.

For me the T-rex makes the game. One of the best if not the best mech out there. Crazy how much the premium is better than the pro to me and my family. My friend played a pro when we went to Tilt Studios and thought it was ok, but then played my premium and loved it.

Received my T. rex shooter rod from Pinballshooterrods.com yesterday.
So glad my daughter is talented. Matches the T. rex in the game. Huge improvement. Very proud of her. Clear coat tomorrow then install.

BallyKISS1978 You are having issues after your stock head mold (NOT Lior's custom one) was removed, painted and replaced correct? If so, you would NOT want to post in that above thread. If you started having catching issues after re-installing the head but she was catching balls before, you probably messed something up during re-mounting of the assembly, head/jaw mold, or something got tweaked in the assembly during the process. There is no one-all "this is what you need to do" solution unfortunately. The head assembly itself is very temperamental both mechanically and mounting-wise and very much individually game dependent when it comes to placement + software settings + optics in play to make the T-Rex reliably catch balls. There are a few other threads about similar T-Rex issues but to link those to ya would likely take you down the wrong rabbit hole. Search around in the forums, look at key posts in this one, etc. and see if anyone's posts / videos, etc. seem to match your current head's catching issue.
