Hot humid weather which we have had alot of don't help curing so maybe it was more the conditions than the time. Even in the pros it will continue to cure so the problem shouldn't get worse it should get better.
Depends on the date the playfield was sprayed.
In your theory the playfields would all have to be finished at one date and as the machines are assembled over time “all” the prepared playfields would have time to dry longer as time goes on. But is that the arrangement of things? I can’t answer that
