I recently bought a Stern Jurassic Park but I've been having a problem with the feed from the left side where it just drops right down the center a good portion of the time. I've checked the game's level over and over but it's perfectly level. One thing I noticed is that the metal guide in that area has a crook at the end, is that normal for the guide to have? If not then it could be contributing to my problem, if it is normal then I really have no ideas.

Any tips for how to solve this issue?

I never changed anything and it ended up correcting itself over time, it drops more dangerously than any other JP I've played but not guaranteed drain, and I'm happy with that I like the game to play difficult other JPs the raptor cage is far too safe and boring. So unfortunately no good answer I can provide you here.
