My dealer has had my money for a few months and I keep getting the run around.. So what's the story on JP Premiums? I see people have received them, but there doesn't appear to be a bunch and I know Elvira got put in the middle of production also causing a pause.

So are they rolling out now or is there an issue causing delay?

I have been swamped with work (will be until Christmas) so I don't have my usual "finger on the pulse" on this one, so forgive me if this is something I've missed.. Just a little frustrated at this point.

Definitely shipping. I was in the same boat as you, frustrated at the lack of info, etc.

However, yesterday received the delivery service phone call to schedule a delivery for this afternoon.

Long time coming... but they are coming.

Got my shipping info yesterday evening, should get the appointment call today.
They're rolling out again.

Got mine on October 30th..... Wife got it for me for my 50th!!!! Love it.... I know the waiting is hard but worth it...extraordinary game.

Spoke to Randy at GotPinball? yesterday. My Premium is due for delivery on Friday! Traded my Pro(which is a great game itself) back in towards the game. After playing I thought the upgrades were worth the extra coin. Can’t wait!

Got mine delivered today, build date of November 4th. Everything checks out in initial quality....had the holding nut fall off the raptor assembly, but easy fix to screw it back in....

First Production run was cut short, reducing dealer allocation, and cutting their orders.
Pre orders for many like yourself are delayed. Should be more going out soon to catch up on back log.

Anyone know if JP premiums are flowing in volume again? I ordered in early May and hoping to see it sometime this summer. I saw a couple of folks saying the just received June production date units... is it safe to say the supply chain is filling up again?

They did a run in june before tmnt started, but they should be running tmnt for at least another month.

I got a note from a commercial game supplier today that the August allocations of JP from Stern had sold out. So it sounds like Stern is filling all current JP orders and summer reseller allocation with June and August builds. Given JP's popularity, I would guess there will be another run before the end of the year.

Although the August run has sold out, there could be some distributors that are receiving allocations from the August run. I ordered a JP Premium yesterday and it will be an August build. Can't wait!

I got my JP on Thursday of last week. Creation date is July 20th

I got mine yesterday and I believe it also was a July 20th build.

Anyone else get theirs this week?
I'm in on an August build, whenever that means.

How do the playfields look?

I got mine a little over a week ago. Playfield looks good. When I got the game I looked over every inch for clear coat issues and couldn’t find any. 100+ games in and it looks the same.
Shooter lane still looks perfect. I put down Mylar and lowered the coil power on the trough eject before putting balls in the game though.

I hate to even ask, but what about near the metal ball guide rails? Any clear bunching around them? Hoping this issue is getting into the rear view for Stern.

I looked over all the posts and guides a few times and couldn’t find any clear bunching. It’s only one playfield though. Maybe I just got lucky.

I know Stern is going as fast as they can, we dealers have the machines on order, we are waiting patiently as well, in most cases games are sold before they arrive. Stock seems a thing of the past for some dealers. It’s a crazy year and Covid delays are a real thing. Parts suppliers delayed, stay at home orders, and reduced production capacity is delaying things. We have even run into shipping delays due to “protesting” and riots. Truck companies will not send trucks into active protest areas. August is the next scheduled shipment For JP premium, and while everyone is anxious to get their game, getting frustrated won’t help, so grab a beer. I can say dealers have little to no control over manufacturing and ship dates, and Stern is certainly doing everything they can to ship and sell games.

We have some good stock levels on most titles, but not JP Premium, that game is on fire right now.

I need to move mine. I keep hurting my arms because I'm playing it so much

Playfield is looking good so far. I still need to go over everything closely, but I didn’t see any issues in the typical trouble spots.
