Jurassic Park (Premium)
Stern, 2019Seems my Brother-in-Law may have purchased a less than stellar Jurassic Park (Premium). The screw, washer, and rubber gasket on the right post on the T-Rex Ramp came loose. Only the rubber gasket could be located so far. Nothing broke, but this same thing happened just above the left post about a month ago. Is there a way to order parts? We are new to the Pinball thing, so I figured I would come here to ask someone who is far more knowledgable. Thank you for your help.

Start with calling the distributor you used if you bought it new. If not, go to stern website and call the tech support.

You'll see it is a 10-32 thread that goes through playfield, and needs a washer and locknut that matches underneath. Above the playfield, there is usually a washer between the post and the clearcoat, and then you have the smooth part of the post, along with the rubber sleeve pushed onto the post and a 6-32 cap screw that threads into the top. (Doing this from memory, so use this picture as a guide)
