I'd be in for one.
It would go great with the OUTCIDA gate mod.
I'm not sure how many will be in the next batch, but I started casting some teeth (my least favorite part). I've had a good stock of other parts cast for a while, so should just be a matter of painting.
Since having a baby, free time is rare, so it will still probably be a bit before I've got any ready to go.
Also, please read the first post. I've put most relevant information there, and still get PMs from people asking what the price will be.
About to finally install mine now that I got my machine back home and have finished all of the other parts and pieces replacements that were necessary. Is the first post in this thread still up to date with the installation process? It looks like it, just wanted to be sure before going at it.

The first post is up-to-date as far as I can tell. It's got the most recent installation video.
Quoted from Chitownpinball:Theres a video on youtube still. Please hold
It's in the first post.
Quoted from Agent_Hero:It took a while, but I got it installed. I had a bit of trouble finding the spot for the jaw to snap on, but after that it was easy. Very nice, thanks Winteriscoming!
looks great!
I've started painting a batch of 6 that I hope to have ready soon. Feel free to post if you're interested. Please review the first post for info.
I may have 2 spoken for. No guarantees on completion time at the moment, but hopefully in a couple weeks.
Quoted from comment23:Interested!
You didn't manage to snag the one KingpinGames sold?
Quoted from comment23:No, apparently there was someone in front of me by like 2 minutes.
Guilty as charged!
Quoted from kimzone:count me in also
Does this mean the "US only" policy has changed? If so i'd be interested too.

Sorry, the policy is still in place.

Quoted from Cobra:So no shipping to Canada?
Just have a friend in the States buy one for you and then ship it along once they receive it.
I haven't followed up with everyone, but I think the latest batch is pretty well spoken for. I'll be in touch when I've got them finished.
Quoted from Cobra:How much harder is it to ship to Canada?
I'm not sure. Within the US I don't have to fill out any forms and I don't have to worry about the package changing hands to a local carrier. It stays end-to-end with USPS. I've also been collecting payment as mailed checks, and that's not as convenient with potential international customers.
There has been enough interest from Pinsiders in the US that I haven't needed to attempt international shipping yet.
There will be future batches. I can't give an estimate on when, though.
Sorry for no updates on the current batch. I keep getting wrapped up in another project. This is why I don't take pre-order money!
Quoted from winteriscoming:This is why I don't take pre-order money!
that, and you have morals!!
Quoted from winteriscoming:Sorry for no updates. I still have the current batch in progress.
Will they be ready for pickup at expo?
Quoted from dannunz:Will they be ready for pickup at expo?
I will not be attending. The best I could do for in-person pickup would be Louisville Arcade Expo in March.
Quoted from transprtr4u:Would love one of the next batch , have a US shipping address !
I think they're all claimed. I'll follow up if not.
For the record, I've not really been in touch with those who have claim to one in this batch. I'll follow up when they're ready to ship. I shouldn't have announced this batch when I did.
Also, sorry to those who haven't been able to get one yet.
It's a hobby project for me, not a business, and free time is scarce, so I won't be scaling up production in the foreseeable future. I am not, however, ceasing production. Just understand that I'm a guy making these by hand in his basement.
And I've got a 6-month old who just started crawling!
Bye-bye free time, hello child proofing!

Only the beginning .... Your addition to this game is amazing , if when you have one available I can forward funds if you could be so kind to keep me in mind for this mod !
Regards
Rob

I'm in Cincinnati, would love to meet up in March!
I powered through over the weekend to finish them up and I'm in active communication with buyers for this current batch.
Quoted from bladerunner:I will take a TREX too if still available. Ty, Regards
I think they're all spoken for. Please don't post your contact info here. It's a public forum and you'll get all kinds of crazies showing up at your doorstep now.
It's official. No more interest lists!
I'll likely ignore future PMs with requests to go on a list. Posts here that say you're interested are nice and all, but aren't going to serve to hold your place in line.
I announced this batch too early, and a list built up... I followed up with people, waited for replies and some dropped out. Big thanks to those who hung in there and have committed to purchasing from this batch. Sorry to punish anyone who would have benefited from an ongoing interest list, but I can't do it anymore.
It's going to work better for me to just announce when they're available at that moment and get interested buyers right then, first-come first-served.
One's available, so...
POP QUIZ!
The first person who's interested in purchasing (and meets the criteria of US shipping address), and can correctly answer the following in a reply post in this thread, gets to buy the remaining t-rex.
1. What's the price?
2. What's the preferred payment method?
3. What are 2 items I recommend inspecting and potentially replacing along with the improved t-rex?
Hint: Check the first post!
Good luck!
Improved T-rex Trivia:
Each t-rex is unique!
In one regard, they're all unique in that each one is hand painted, so no 2 have the exact same colors and markings. However there's another unique aspect: When the t-rex is cast, it has only empty eye sockets. I have to install eyes and hand sculpt eyelids onto every one, so no 2 are exactly alike.
My wife asks: "Why do you take pictures of all of them? Why can't you just send them the pictures you already have and tell them it will mostly look like that?"
My reply: "Because each one is unique! I want them to see pictures of the exact t-rex they're getting."
$400, check or MO preferred. Recommended to have a good jaw link and jaw frame with 2 tabs.
I'd like to buy.

We have a winner! Congratulations! PM forthcoming.
