I posted the end results in the Stern JP owners thread, but have been getting several requests on how to make them or sell them. They are fairly easy to make, biggest hurdle is getting the bugs this time of year. Links will be posted for where I got my supplies, but most vendors should have what is needed.

https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/jurassic-park-stern-2019-owners-club-welcome-to-jurassic-park/page/72#post-5413417

Supplies needed:
- 3 Orange Pop Bumper Caps (don't get the amber ones, they are too dark).
https://www.pinballlife.com/williamsbally-pop-bumper-caps.html

- 2 Crane flies or bug of your choice
Available online or pretty much everywhere in the summer

- Clear high gloss Pour-on epoxy
https://www.amazon.com/Environmental-Technology-4-Ounce-Pour-Finish/dp/B000LNUBKU

- 6 3/4" screws as the Stern ones are too short

- Drill, hot glue gun

First step after collecting all your supplies is to plug the holes in the caps. I used hot glue, as it made a good seal and easy to drill out afterwards:

Next step is to place the bugs where you want them and mix your epoxy.

1. Place the bug where you want it, they are fragile when dry so be gentle. I tried placing one it's back, one on it's side for variety, but they will shift when in the epoxy

2. Mix your epoxy as per the directions

3. Pour epoxy over the bugs. Try to leave a bit of the lip on the inner cap edge so that they sit properly when installed. If you fill to the edge it will still work, but not recommended.

4. If the bugs shift, do not panic. I used a toothpick and re-positioned them a few times.

5. For some reason one of the crane flies kept floating to the surface. It that happens, my recommendation is to just leave it as you can not tell when installed and you may create bubbles or damage the bug body if you try to keep sinking it.

Now, just wait the recommended curing time...if you can. I was impatient and picked them up to see how it looked from underneath; ended up spilling the epoxy over the edge and made a mess.

After the 72hrs (or whatever is recommended by the product manufacturer); flip them over and drill out the hot glue. You can clean up the little bits of glue on top if you want, but it will likely be hidden by the screw heads anyway.

Final step is to install and enjoy.

You will need to partially remove the ramp to install the blank orange cap under it. Two nylon lock nuts underneath the PF (will post pic tonight) and the one screw at the rear of the ramp (red circle in picture). ramp can them have enough movement to swap the caps. Other two are easy, just maneuver around the wire ramp.

Questions? Post here or via PM.
