Williams, 1996hi!
Like I said, as soon as I boot the game, the coil and shooter rod shoot every balls around the playfield. Twice. Than it stops.
When I start a game, it does it again. All the balls are exiting the plunger lane and we ear the coil still trying to eject invisible balls 
what should I do? put a new coil?
I don't know if it can help but this problem started when I changed the batteries.

Don't need a new coil. It's working fine. Remove the balls and go into switch test mode. Specifically look at the shooter lane and the trough switches. Use a ball to roll over the switch arms. Adjust any that are not triggering.

Agreed, this sounds very much like a switch issue.

I usually figure out what are the problems but was lazy on this one. You saved me a lot of time!
