For about a decade I have been searching from what's missing behind the fridge on my pin (and where the ball likes to hide), see 1st picture.
I have found the plastic, but there appear to be a bracket of sorts (see 2nd picture) which I have never seen anywhere and I don't even know what is called.

Any clues or pointers much appreciated.

Tommy

Quoted from Toby:

Thanks that's a very useful picture, but it suggests that the bracket came attached to the plastic. Unfortunately all the NOS replacement pieces today come without it. If possible, it would be great getting a profile shot or maybe just a few measurements. Don't have the capacity to make this myself, but I can probably find someone who can. (It's just puzzling me as this must be a commonly failing piece).

I can take more pics when i get home. Might sound crazy but did you check in the bottom of the cabinet 90 percent of the time for me broken or missing parts end up being down there

It doesn't sound crazy and I did (but I'll do it again in the daylight to be sure). The game came "shopped" with a few dubious fixes that I didn't catch at first (haven't never spent quality time with a JY before). Just for giggles, do you see something odd in this picture?

Blue with white stars plastic looks like it was made from another game should be brown with a dead fish on it
