I did transfer them from my old ramps...really easy with the right 3M sticker foil (467MP)

Get them warm with a hairdryer or a heat gun and peel them off carfully.
Or do it like i did: use Naptha and take your time slowly peeling off the decal as the Naptha softens the glue.
You can then use Naptha to remove the old glue and use the 3M tape (467MP) to reinstall.
