Quoted from HowardR:

Check this Motor 4A switch
For a switch to work 3 things are necessary:
1) When open, there should be a small space between the contact points (duh)
2) When closing, the long blade's contact point should push the short blade's contact point enough to move the short blade
3) The contact points should be clean, which they usually will be if #2 is happening
[quoted image]

HowardR nailed it again... the clue is that each player's 10K and 1K reels aren't going back to 0... clear from the schematic as shown... reading a schematic is going to be your best friend as a long term pinball owner.

Quoted from RC_like_the_cola:

That was the problem. Thanks Howard. I thought I had cleaned all the score motor switches, but that one was hidden and tilted differently than the others. Filed that switch, as it was making good contact, already. That got the other reels resetting. Woohoo.
Now, the pops seem to lock on the 100pt relay. They also don't pop. I'll dig into that on the schematics. The 500pt lanes don't do it. I really do want to be able to figure this stuff out for myself, but you guys are invaluable.
Thanks,
RC

Check the spoon switch on those pops, and make sure that switch makes when the ball hits the skirt... check on all sides of the skirt too, you want that pop bumper to pop no matter what angle the ball hits the skirt. Also make sure when the plunger is pulled in when the coil fires, it opens the normally closed switch at the top of its stroke, effectively opening the circuit to the pop coil. Good luck, sounds like you're making progress... schematic reading is very rewarding once you've done a few fixes based on what you're reading.
