My family was recently featured in Frankfort KY's local community magazine. It's a relative upstart publication for a small sleepy city so it's not like... "influencer grade" exposure or anything, but hey! Maybe all the tourists and seniors who read it might get the bug, ha ha.
It was pretty fun to be interviewed... the author basically listened and only jotted a few notes over an hour; I was genuinely curious how she could remember and weave everything "later" but I think she did a great job. A few minor inaccurate / confused recollections here and there but nothing unforgiveable. And the photographer took pretty good pictures as well, especially that Time Fantasy one. I tried to bring up some decent points as an impromptu "ambassador" for the hobby, but probably could have done better. Still, some points of focus surprised me. No, the Wizard cliché was NOT my idea (I never said the word once!) but what are ya gonna do?
Anyway it's a quick enough read if you're interested...
