When I insert coin and press start button.First ball shoot automatic(only first ball!!)
When plays more players,ball shoot automatic only at the first player,not the others
Switchs and opto switchs are ok,I do not know what do with it.
It may be bad U20 (ULN-2803) and U18 (LM 339) on Cpu Board?
What do you think ?

Hmm? No it isn't...
He is describing a common EM symptom though.
On something like Dredd it is more likely an intermittent opto or switch problem if it acts differently player to player. Common problems on Dredd are the trough optos and the planet optos or some times the shooter lane switch. Or maybe it has a generic WPC matrix failure in the wiring or the board.
First thing to do would be to try re seating the ribbon and power cables and then go from there. Look for any burned connections.
And any alkaline damage on the cpu.
