So I was bored and wanted the Pursuit light flashers to go off with the two modes that go with it(Pursuit and Stakeout). I've seen similar lights on police pins, Blackrose did this on a Getaway. The tricky part was changing the voltage of the flashers(13AC) back to 12DC. With some boardwork and time I stepped down the voltage. They just rest on the backbox and company loves it. You can see there stance change when they hit these modes. Good stuff.

I hardly notice it. They are angled slightly so It isn't directly in your face. I can control the intensity by turning down the voltage dial if need be. Right now it is set at 7 out of 12 volts. There is also four different strobe routines if I want to change it up down the road.

Sure. I wired both flashers, then created two boards that changes 13vac to 12vdc. I wanted control so I added a pot to adjust the voltage in case it was to bright. The output of these boards goes to the LEDS.
