Hey P,
I had the same problem with one I had. Unplug connector J136 on the driver board and see if the problem goes away. I bet it will. You will also note that if you go into single lamp test that other bulbs are on at the same time with J136 plugged in. Again unplug J136.
Here was my post from a few months ago
"Well after a long day of troubleshooting a bulb not working and a column lighting up and other lights were on I finally got the problem solved. I checked almost every diode on every controlled lamp. Tested rows and columns on board. Everything was working. Replaced the transistor on that column - still no help. Put a different board in - still didn't help. Figured the problem was on the playfield. Replaced a connector, removed LEDs, I checked almost every diode on every controlled lamp and even replaced a few (at the bulb that was not lighting esp). Nothing worked. I sort of gave up. Searched RGP and Martin from Pinbits said there was an extra connector on his game at J136 that didn't needed to be there. Went to the game unplugged it and everything worked the way it should. WTF!!!!! Anyways happy the problem is solved. I can rest tonight now."
