Hi all. I have an unusual problem in that it could be one problem together, or related, or it could be two individual problems!!
I have a Judge Dredd with the pinbits planet mod, and when I first installed it, my trough board - the ball recogniser (Sorry about my terminology!! :/ ) blew an LED. I got another board off another kind soul, and plugged it in, and off I went again.
Its been intermittently playing up since. Sometimes it would work, other times it would do the frustrating "no idea how many balls are on the table" glitch! So I decided to check the wire connector to the trough board, and I think I may have zapped something.
So the 2 issues are : 1. The trough board no longer works at all, and 2. The DMD now has a 1" solid line through it with nothing else.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do have a basic electronic knowledge, but not heaps!! I am quite capable of any under playfield repairs, just not the backboard stuff!! Thanks.

zaza?! Thanks for the tip mate, fuse 116 had blown, but LED7 was still on. Had to re-seat some cables too, LED's had frozen on. Frustration is a word that comes to mind along with fun when dealing with pinball!! Thanks again
