Bally, 1993Hello all. I have been having this issue for a couple of years now and finally try to fix. If you look at my pics you will see what the dmd does intermittently. When the dmd goes down as shown on the left I disconnect the molex on the dmd and put it back in and it works. Pic on the right. Any ideas what is causing this and how I can fix it. Thank You

I'm thinking you could be dealing with a bad DMD, especially if you've already replaced the DMD board... they don't last forever and as they get older they outgas and draw more power. Or it could be the pins need the solder reflowed, especially if as you say plugging and unplugging the board "fixes" the issue for a short time.
Do you have any other DMD games? You can always swap the DMD and see if the problem follows the display.

Indeed, if you have to replace a DMD, a DMD board, or both, may as well just put that cash towards a CDMD.

Agreed
Measure and report all the voltages at the DMD power connector. -112v, -100v, 12v, 5v, and 62v
I have seen failed DMD's with the same result, even with good voltages.
