Once Killer Klowns in Alice's Magic Circus Restaurant is announced I am all in.
Do I get the Klown Kar topper and inflatable shoes bonus items if I can get the cash up before the deadline?

Quoted from RobT:I seriously doubt that this is a case where JPop sought out the services of Kaneda. I'd guess quite the opposite: Kaneda probably started sending messages to John telling him how he could help him out with marketing. Probably didn't cost JPop a penny, which is right up his alley.
I know that alley you take a right on Broke then a left on Richard and it is down about 100 ft. on the left.
It is very narrow with a dead end and no way to turn around so you have to back out.
You announce one game and take preorders, then #2, then #3 without even getting close to delivering #1.
How many people are in for #4?
Did his dog eat the whitewoods?
Round and round the preorder bush
The investors chase the weasel,
And when they ask for a refund of cash
JPop! goes the weasel.
A penny for a pop bumper cap
A penny for a pixel,
That's the way the money goes,
JPop! Goes the weasel.
A half a pound for cabinet design,
A half a pound for the hinges.
Mix it up and make it nice,
JPop! Goes the weasel.
Up and down the pinball show aisles,
In and out of the Eagle,
That's the way the money goes,
JPop! Goes the weasel.
I've no time to plead and pine,
But take the time to wheedle,
Kiss me quick and then I'm gone
JPop! Goes the weasel.
Quoted from rai:another example I posted, way back I said to John, TRON LE or Eli wire ramps are so cool. What about that? He was asking for suggestions at the time.
He said, that's been done he doesn't want to follow in others footsteps (etc..) so he gets the idea to make Neon light ramps. I am talking actual Neon lights, and Neon light is not some low power or low cost proposition. I believe it takes a lot of watts and very complex and expensive. maybe it'd look cool, but how much time and money are you going to throw at every sub system? I mean, Tron Eli light ramp kits are $400. I assume, John could have done something similar on the same wavelength. But you think of the time and effort to develop a Neon light ramp (it's glass tubes, not exatly want you want in a pinball machine with steel balls flying around).
Neon light ramp has already been done on CV by JPop so it isn't new or innovative.
Quoted from benheck:I was always concerned about his shop space as well. I'd guess it was about 3k sq ft and half filled with junk (inspiration?) then he goes and DOUBLES it about a year ago? Why??? That's 6k sq ft for ONE MAN to wander around in doing god knows what each day.
Well there's the 3 rings, the trapeze, clown car, steam calliope and all the wagons, horses and elephants and lastly the hog's head of real fire.
Quoted from RobT:Shoot the messenger?
You don't want to know the answer to that question as an owner?
Quoted from Roostking:Once the people who are part of the cult following catch wind there are for sale, it will bring in sales from non pin people. AIW is going to sell to only pinheads
Maybe a few will but @ 10K delivered I can't see that type of aggression standing man, the Dudes will mind.
Quoted from wcbrandes:just got back seems all the fun guys with pitch forks have disappeared
Mine has been bead blasted and is in prime, not sure if I should go with Silverglaze or Plum Crazy Purple.
Leaning towards the purple though, I think John would like that better.
Quoted from Mr68:(regrets, I've had a few)
No time for losers cuz we are the champions of the pinball world.
Quoted from DennisDodel:In believe he was quoting 'Old Blue Eyes'. Close, but not Queen. Mr. 68 must be an old guy like me.
That would be some kookoo voodoo baby.
Quoted from iceman44:NZ and Costa Rica are high on my list of alternate places to live!
As for Jpop, there is no "gag order" regarding public filings.
A lawsuit is not private, it's public record.
Does anybody else know, by way of court filings since we are back to secrecy, what is the date of any mediation, depositions, etc?
Has nothing to do with case facts, which we all know anyhow!
I'll just assume nothing has happened.
No Clue is the game.
I have however narrowed it down to Professor Plum in the conservatory with OPM.
Quoted from Euchrid:You bring your dildo collection to Expo, did you?
No but there will be plenty of them there.
Quoted from QuickSilverShelby:Only little johnny and a few others proclaim he is a brilliant designer. He is not a brilliant designer,....... period. Ritchie, Lawlor, Nordman are brilliant designers. Jpop is a "B" designer at best with a couple of decent games under his belt. He's just a 3 dressed up as..... 2 and now John has shit tanked his 3 rating down to a ZERO rating. Good riddance, we don't need you around here johnny and Pinball is a thousand percent better off without you for what you've done you Narcisstic .
QSS
Wrong, he had to have others finish his games and if you haven't noticed JJP nor Stern were clamoring for his services.
He isn't a crazy cat and doesn't even rank as a copy cat.
It's kind of like Oak Island, they keep digging and spending time and money but nothing comes of it.
Maybe John can make a foamcore Oak Island game, if he does then just STFU and take my money!
Quoted from Strange:I still find John a very talented and unique pinball designer, my personal fave as I've expressed before. It's a shame there as been such turbulence around these new games which in my opinion have all looked amazing. If there is a will there is a way. The Pinball Inventor has nothing else to prove but make nice pin games. He will come through in the end...
Ever wonder why Stern or JJP never hired him?
The other designers and engineers @ WMS had to step in to finish the games he did design to make them function.
I have a better chance of becoming the next pope than John does of ever completing and bringing a game to market.
