I think Jpop's email, more than anything, shows the criminal intent here. He is not even slightly repentant for what he has done, and will do it again if given the opportunity.

Forgive my ignorance, but if Yeti, applejuice, GLM, and the other contractors were never paid for their work, does Zidware actually own any rights to its use? Can Zidware use or license out their work without compensating the contractors? In the construction world, at the very least the contractor could place a lien on the goods.
It seems unjust if that is the case.

I actually did each character and element separately as vector art knowing john might move things around or pull pieces for reuse. Was quite an undertaking to keep my process as natural as possible. I first did this on KISS and finally perfected it here so I wouldn't loose anything in the translation... Was pretty proud of it anyway...

So .... when and where can we acquire this AIW artwork? This would look great framed in my office. If you had the print for the playfield, I would probably buy it and put it on a piece of wood for my wall.
