I agree the liabilities exceed assets by a long ways. My understanding is Pintasia is offering you to transfer your Zidware liability (i.e. your pre-order $) into Pintasia credits towards a machine by 6/30. I don't have any Pintasia terms, except what's been posted in this god-awful long thread 200 or so posts ago. Even if all customer liabilities of Zidware transfer their prepay $ to Pintasia, there are probably liabilities to vendors left against at least some of the parts ZIdware has on the shelves.
My view is that if you don't transfer your ZIdware liability to Pintasia (which also requires your agreeing to not leave any legal claim against Zidware), your liability will likely be wiped out in any collection effort after Zidware bankruptcy.
You have until June 30 to decide where the best chance of getting something - as a Zidware liability worth 0 or as a Pintasia liability that might get you a game (or at least your deposits" worth towards a game).

Original pinball IP can have value if it's earned it (BBB, AFM, MM, ToM) but MG has no nostalgia, no cache - it's just a generic concept plastered on a failed pinball machine of which zero were produced. RAZA has less than no value - the Mars Attacks, Robbie and Godzilla imagery make it a liability. AIW is an interpretation of a public domain book. Point is - there will be no windfall for creditors from any sale of Zidware IP.

Pinball related, I almost got robbed but here's how I handled it;
At Expo many years ago, during the Make-A-Wish charity auction, an item was announced for bids. While not available to take with the winning bidder, it was mentioned that the winner need only pay Bridget Berk (she was collecting all winning bids) and supply your address and the item would be promptly shipped to the winner.
Well, I won the item. I promptly paid for it and wrote down the particulars.
Six weeks go by and nothing arrives. This was pre-email days so I called the item donor (his number is public knowledge) as he is a well-known pinhead. No answer so I leave a message. Funny, no reply. I leave another message a week later. This time, a reply, on my answering machine. Even though I gave him my cell first as well as home number. He said he was running behind but would ship it "soon". Another month passes with nothing.
I travel a lot for my job, A month later, I happened to be within an hour of the guy so at around 6 pm, I cruise over to his place in my rental car. His address is well known as well. He was not home so I wrote a nice, non-threatening note mentioning how I am in the area for my job and thought I'd stop by and pick the item up. It would save him the hassle of boxing and shipping it etc. I mentioned that I could stop by either of the next two days. If he wasn't around, he could leave it outside in a box for me etc. Nowhere in my note did I mention how he appeared to be stalling\unprofessional\not satisfying his commitment from a kids' charity auction from four months earlier etc. I wrote my cell number down and asked him to give me jingle. I put the note in a large 9x12 envelope and taped it in plain view to his side door which he obviously would see judging by driveway marks and footprints in the snow.
The next day he calls me and apologizes. He said he would ship it that day. He indeed did and all is well.
Maybe those who are close by or can easily get close by should simply knock on a door and ask for their money back or an explanation.
