Unfortunately (for victims), civil judgments are no longer being reported by the 3 credit bureaus. The records must include DOB or SS# and the data providers must check courthouses for updates every 90 days. It's a disaster for the bureaus to maintain and update, so they're no longer going to report it.
This forces victims to resort to wage garnishment which is additional expense for the victim.
