Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is in the public domain. Disney does not own the copyrights to the story itself and neither is Jpop basing his version on the film so no licencing needed. So technically it is an original theme for a pinball.

Personally, if he did do a licencing deal, I think licencing the, "Amercan McGee's Alice," video game and basing the artwork on it's visual style would be super epic.

I find the amount of wishful thinking in this thread, even now, mind boggling. Then again, I wouldn't pay $17k for some cheap plywood with paint/ink/images on it, no matter who the designer is, or how good the game is hyped to be. Especially when the game is sight unseen and meant to be manufactured by somebody with no actual manufacturing business management experience.
