Who is tearing out anyone's tongue? Seems to me he's talking just fine on his podcast. A better analogy is that this website is like Robin's living room and we've all been invited to a party here. If you're caught peeing in the punch bowl (for a third time, no less), or are just hanging out by the fridge and being an insufferable boor, it shouldn't be shocking when you're invited to leave.

On another forum, I saw a recent post from him, trying to unload a log of arcade stuff. Most of the comments in reply were to the effect of him changing hobbies and collecting more Pony stuff.

I'm not saying people shouldn't be asked to leave when they are a dick. It's Robin's site (party) and he can do what he wants.

My point is just because someone is kicked out of a forum doesn't mean they are wrong. It seemed like he said things that people simply didn't want to hear and screeched about it incessantly until he was inevitably banned.

You might want to do some more research. There was a LOT more involved than just saying what someone did not want to hear. Several lines were blatantly crossed.

There's about a dozen habitual line steppers on Pinside that aren't and will never be subjected to the constant scrutiny that K was. Of course, those line steppers are fully vetted members of the PBC.

You want to do some fun research? Do a search on pinside for any of George Carlin's dirty words. see which posters get moderated, and which ones don't. Enlightening!

Meant to say "line stepper". Like for example,there's a rule of no posting pictures of hamburgers. A few of the regulars will make it a point to post pictures of individual hamburger patties, buns, but never together. It's the adult equivalent of "I'm not touching you!".

My issues with him pre-date this forum. He was booted from KLOV multiple times, then creep-stalked me in PM's trying to be buddies like nothing happened. I basically did a forehead slap when he was given chance after chance here, stirring up trouble, creating multiple fake accounts and replying to his own messages.

I'm not sure what the dude's major malfunction is, but he's proved himself to be poison on any forum. Pinside gave him a ridiculous amount of chances, KLOV instituted a small payment policy since he kept creating new user accounts.

I often disagree with the tone and content of your posts, hence the downvotes (you earn them, especially when you're complaining about downvoting which always warrants a downvote). Sadly, in this case I just didn't understand your intent. But best of luck in your crusade against the habitual line steppers, they sound like a naughty bunch.

Well this is going to be an odd post... a post about JPOP in the JPOP thread.

Have we heard anything new about RAZA or AIW let alone anything about John recently? Last I read he was in Canada tending to a sick family member. Since then I haven't read a thing about either the remaining games nor about what's being done to produce them. Also haven't read anything about refunds or possible/pending/ongoing legal actions.

Most of us may assume that if these games had a chance in hell of being made that someone like AP was going to do it. It appears that ship has not only sailed--it's way, way out at sea now. Seems the MG games getting released provided a little relief but also a bit of a smokescreen for the remaining unfulfilled customers.

I'm in this for two reasons: 1) I was a potential customer that would have bought an AIW spot when offered if only there had been more information. 2) Like most people, it offends me when good people get wronged and justice is flaunted. I want to see justice done for those with money in the games. Is that unreasonable? Like good citizens, we all want to see justice done when something obviously "wrong" happens to good people. Happens everywhere--even outside of pinball.

At this point, how many people think there's a realistic chance that RAZA or AIW will ever be made? Seems the MG thing plus a lot of activity in 2017 with new pinball companies and games being announced have diverted people's attention from John and his responsibility.

I'm hoping there's a whole lot more progress on this over the next several months to a year and we're not still talking about unrelated subjects in this thread.

I take umbrage with people trying to stifle conversation on a message board. Someone that isn't a moderator really shouldn't be telling people what they can and can't talk about. And what's especially rankling is that taking an anti-mentioning-Kaneda-ever stance isn't exactly a controversial one.
