Quoted from Rarehero:So because of John's terrible records, on top of all his other ineptitude, he doesn't have ANY CONCEQUENCES for his actions!? He just gets a pat on the head and gets to go on his merry way? Please. I'm not even talking about revenge and lawsuits....I'm simply talking about him returning what isn't his. We'll never know if he blew all the money or not unless someone goes through the records and makes sense of it. If it's gone because he spent it all on equipment, parts and rent - that's one thing...but if it all went to "salary"? ...that means it's sitting in a savings account somewhere. That money is not his to keep. Since Bill said Zidwares financials aren't their concern, that makes me think Pintasia has NOT sorted through the mess...which just makes this seem like a pipe dream and/or stalling tactic.
There needs to be full transparency of what Jpop did all these years with the money. I think only then will trust be gained.
Bill does NOT equal John. Let's get that straight first. He is not tying himself to John or partnering with him, just the opposite.
Seriously? "Since Bill said Zidwares financials aren't their concern".....Really? Take a second to think about that. They have sorted through the mess and he is CLEARLY stating that he is not assuming responsibility for anything related to Zidware itself and all of its litigation and liabilities. Why is that so hard to understand?
He received a license to make the pins, that's it, and is simply trying to offer a solution for those of us that have something at stake here. Is it really that hard to believe?
Surely, you might imagine that "pinball is hard" and anybody willing to put significant dollars in so we get made whole first must have lost his mind right? What else do you want?
If it's such a great and profitable venture, throw your own hat into the ring.
As for John, the transparency of what has happened is mandatory in my mind as well. Whether Bill is able to provide it or not, somebody better.
Let's see where OUR money went. I want to see tax returns and financials. Period.
