Add another company to the list who I will never buy from even in the secondary market.

Here is a stupid question. (I am an engineer and not a lawyer or accountant). Wouldn't a scheme like described by Deeproot in their post #9745 two years ago amount to them buying Jpop's debt and therefore opening themselves up to being named in any new or pending lawsuits should those people who are out money not be made whole?
It just amazes me that people are willing to take on hundreds of thousands of debt to work with this snake oil salesman when 99% of everything cool in the Zidware IP was created by Zombie Yeti.
F Jpop. Go out and find a starving artist who can create a mock-up of a machine with eye popping cabinet and backglass art and a few LCD screens and go from there with a no name designer.
Wow! Those three Zidware games without the art are useless as tits on a bull. Unless I'm missing something this whole thing just completely caved in around Deeproot.
And yes, ZY might consider creative ways of selling this art on eBay and cashing in that way rather than ever selling the rights back to Jpop.
