The can must be placed on the right. I guess you could remove the bracket and try to place it yourself.

All shipping labels have been created for the first 12 units. Buyers should be receiving a tracking number (if purchased) via email (if they haven't received it already). They are all ready to go just need to drop them at the post office, will do so tonight. I've got 5 units on track for tonight and will be sending PMs for those 5 units shortly.

ALL UNITS ARE READY TO BE SENT OUT. *I can't even believe I am saying this*

AAll labels installed. Packages leaving tomorrow at 11 EST. Pre orders for next batch start now. I will be doing 5 units at a time. No more no less. Once 5 untis have been pre ordered I will start production.

All units have shipped. If you haven't received your tracking number and have purcahse tracking let me know and I'll get you rnumber for you.

From what I can tell some of the first shipments of last week are arriving today. Please post your pictures here and let me know how the entire installation process went.

IMPORTANT INSTALATION NOTES.
If you want to drill in the playfield use a 5/32" bit, measure the depth on the side of the playfield and apply a tape to the bit to not got past that point. Also note that nylon spacers were not provided as they were pretty much useless. Make sure that no wires go under the relay board. I did that mistake with mine at first and blew the fuse due to a pin touching a wire.

The first 4 buyers received their units with shattered brackets. Hopefully this is not a sign of things to come. If you receive a damage unit let me know and I will talk to the powers that be at the post office to get things rolling. These things take a long time to print so I will ask for patience until I can see what kind of damage control I need to do from all buyers. For those that receive damaged units DO NOT ATTEMPT to remove the broken bracket. Everything in the unit was meant to be 100% tight. Trying to remove pieces could damage the rest of the embryos.

I can somewhat breathe now. Somewhat....

I have looked at photos of the shattered brackets and have tested the strength of a sample bracket I had at home. The only conclusion I can come up with at the moment is either someone played football with the boxes or that air travel/combined with 30,000 feet cold air made the brackets weak. I guess the next few units that arrive will tell a better tale. I have restarted printing some brackets for the affected buyers and have tweaked the design slightly to better reinforce the top portion by making it wider at the connection points.

4 new brackets printed. Currently curing in the sun. Will paint two tonight. More packages have arrived at destination. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I will place a bracket in the freezer overnight and test integrity tomorrow morning. I apologize to everyone about this unforseen problem. I'm working to get things fixed as fast as possible.

The flight at 30,000 feet couldbe problematic.

New v2 bracket vs v1. I will be paiting the first bracket tomrrow on shipping it to the first person who received their unit. I will wait until they receive the initial bracket to make sure it survives the trip before shipping the other ones.
