Sorry didn't realize this was also a question; current jackpot value flashes and all values below it are on constant. I think if you put adjustment 61 to YES it will set 'novelty' and jackpot will be 4 million all the time (tourney setting) - otherwise it's value continuously builds based on what you have set to YES for 62-66 (extra easy thru extra hard)
